Woman goes to the gym for 100 days (Weight Loss Motivation)

This is so inspiring!  To see the change in her not only physically but more importantly her spirit was lifted!  18 lbs in a 100 days may not seem like a lot to some, but she kept going and eventually lost 51 and is still at it! 

So amazing to see – may it be a reminder to all of us to keep going and take care of ourselves!
