I’ve been struggling all morning with taking today as a rest day – my mind wants to go to the gym, but my body is telling me to slow my roll. I think my body wins today. I’ve been so motivated the last few weeks, I’m afraid to lose momentum, but I suppose I also have to make sure I can maintain momentum even when I take rest days. I did my minimum 5 days this week, so I have put in the work, but there is always more to be done.

I’ve lost almost 10lbs in three weeks, so things are headed in the right direction. So today will be relaxing, eating healthy and planning my schedule for next week.
